Forward or Reverse

Here is how you determine whether you need forward or reverse paper.

• Take 3 sheets of standard white copy paper and number the top of each, 1, 2 and 3 with a pen. Now create a WORD document that says TEST. Load your numbered papers into your printer so that when you Print, the word TEST prints on the same side as the numbers that you wrote.
• Remove the papers from your exit tray.
• If the page on top has a "1" on it, you need FORWARD or STRAIGHT.
• If the page on top has a "3" on it, you need REVERSE.
